Almost every time I go to Breakfast King, I get the same dish: crab cake Benedict. It's covered in Hollandaise sauce and served with a side of bacon. SO GOOD.
It's not on the menu, but listed on the dry erase board as a special. -

Great greasy spoon I visited with friends during my time in Denver. The place was packed so you know it's good, but there's a lot of seating and were sat at a lovely booth near a window. I had the Denver Omelette with buttered rye which hit the spot to continue my relaxing Sunday.
The style of this place is a classic diner. I loved the vintage signage, the orange booths, and the waitresses were wonderful and all seemed to embrace the diner-style with their own flair.
